Why is the drive thru wait so long?
Depends at the time of the day. Mornings you'll have a long wait lunch as well it also depends on the location of the store.

Employees don't have the best service skills and the night I went, there was music playing on their store speakers with offensive and profanity lyrics. Thankfully my 3 young kids were not in the store with me at that time. I was shocked to hear such vulgar music at a family doughnut shop.

There are 3 Dunkin in my area and this is the closest to me. I don't know why I try to go. They never have simple menu items. This morning at 9am they don't have croissants and when I do manage to get the menu items I need, they dont include napkins or small necesities in the bag. Very frustrating to come to this location

I’ve been coming here for about 3 months , this Dunkin donut is in no way shape or form on my way to work but I go out of my way to come here ! The costumer service is outstanding when there is a line Alex is taking care of the customer/s and Monica sees that and makes my iced coffee knowing that I may be in a hurry or what ever the situation may be . THANK YOU for making my morning every single day !! Keep up the amazing exceptional work !!

Worst DD to be in when planning to drive thru. Even if there is no line, expect at least a delay of 10 minutes, hopefully due to virtual cars in from of me. Its high time the store goes for the right employees.

I feel taken care of when I go and my wife feels well taken care when she goes and we never go together so its not like if they know that my wife is my wife. I love seeing Young people with great Customer service skills. (I am young myself so imagine what you see at otger places 😁)

This is the Dunkin’ Donuts closest to my house. The staff here is phenomenal. I like this location because the store is clean, the staff is friendly, but my favorite part of coming here in particular is because the man (hate that i can’t remember his name!) who works day shift drive through/in store is such an awesome person. He remembers my son and I every time we visit and makes us feel welcome. I’m glad the DD so close to my home has such amazing staff. Their food is always delicious, cooked well, and coffee is great. I give them a 10/10!

I don't know how this place hasn't run out of business. I go here once or twice a week simply because it is close to home and I genuinely like the food. However for the past couple of months they have been non-stop screwing up my orders, I've tried everything, making them repeat the order, talking very slow, etc. one way or another they always manage to mess up our order. Not once has it been perfect. No that I think of it, we only got one apology for the mistake.

I have been to this dunkin donut store for the past year and every day there is a line of 20+ minutes. This is honestly unacceptable. I was waiting for my food at the window and the cashier lady was having a conversation with someone else and was swearing up and down while I had my son in the car.

Very disappointed. We ordered from Postmates and because the store ran out of different flavors which is what our driver said they gave us a completely different order. They did not do their job to inform us that they ran out which caused us to waste our money. I really hope if they run out of flavors again they can a least find a way to communicate with their customers through Postmates or whatever form of delivery they have to let us know so we don’t have to waste our money.

Worst place ever. Male staff member smoking at the entrance. The place was empty and yet the female staff inside completely ignored me (the only customer) for a while, staff has no manners and are very unwelcoming. As they where taking my order they interrupted several times for personal conversations. Almost like they didn't want me there.

Worst place to ever go. I ordered a Cosmo Pineapple and the lady made a mistake and only put the pineapple in forgetting the blueberry, so she just pumped it in without even mixing or apologizing. The worst part is they weren’t even wearing gloves. They did everything with their bare hands and didn’t even wash their hands. It’s just a sloppy place.

I've ordered from here many times in the past, almost always a great experience.They don't mess up food or fail to give you items.If you do order online though (as I usually do) just make sure everything is there as the system has its quirks sometimes.

This store is closest to me but they are horrible. 99 % of the time my order is wrong, the rest of the time they run out of items like fresh munchkins and almond milk. I hate going there nobody takes responsibility and they keep changing the servers

The coffee is excellent. Great donut selection also. But, there were no less than 7 people behind the counter and there were lines at both the driveway and inside. Took nearly 15 minutes for me to get a medium regular, 2 coconut donuts and a dozen minchkins!That would be unthinkable in Boston.

I just went order through the drive through and the service was awful. The gentleman at the front has no customer service skills....it felt like he was doing me a favor when I ordered my coffee...sluring his words and not even thanking me after my order....it seems like he did not want to be at work....very sad that the manager allows employees like this to serve the public... very sad .

Honestly this is my favorite place but let me tell you so we are all in quarantine and we decided to get our selves some donuts because we wanna eat amazing food so we found out it closed at 7:00 pm and we though oh ok so we left the house at 6:28 and got there ten minutes later so it was 6:38 so it was still not closed yet nobody was there we asked an employee if it was open and they said no! Wow so much for closing at 7:00

Like most doughnut shops, this place always gives you that warm, fussy feeling of getting this comfort-food. Their sandwiches are also pretty good and will satisfy your hunger in a pinch.
